Create your first project
Create a project, set its title, colour, and icon — and watch Planix seed the four default kanban columns automatically.
Work with the kanban board
Drag cards across columns, configure WIP limits, switch between board and list views, and filter what's on screen.
Add and manage tasks
Create a task, set its priority and due date, assign it, apply labels, and walk through the task detail view.
Manage the backlog
Capture work in the backlog without a column, prioritise the list, and pull items onto the board when the team has capacity.
Log time on a task
Set a task estimate, log time across multiple sessions, and review your week in the timesheet.
Your dashboard and My Work
Use the dashboard for at-a-glance status and My Work for the prioritised cross-project task list — overdue, due-this-week, everything else.
Link a task to a Procest case
Tie a Planix task to a Procest case (zaak) so case-work and task tracking stay in sync — VNG InterneTaak field mapping included.
